How to use: Compress image

  1. Add one or more images.
  2. Choose the format (JPG, WebP or PNG) and, for JPG or WebP, the quality.
  3. Compare the size before and after and download one by one or as a ZIP.

What it accepts and what you get

Input
JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB and 50 megapixels; up to 20 files.
Output
Re-compressed images with the real size of the downloaded file.
Where your data is processed
Your data is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers.

Limitations and notes

  • JPG and WebP are lossy; PNG keeps quality but usually shrinks less. If the result is not smaller, you are told.
  • Metadata (EXIF, location) is removed when re-compressing.
