How to use: Smart form generator

  1. Enter the form title and, optionally, the address the data should be sent to.
  2. Add fields (text, email, number, date, dropdown, radio, checkbox…) and mark the required ones; or load the example.
  3. Check the preview and the notices, then copy or download the HTML code.

What it accepts and what you get

Input
The fields you define: up to 30 fields and 30 options per list, with texts up to 200 characters.
Output
A self-contained HTML file with a label tied to every field, built-in styles and no scripts.
Where your data is processed
Your data is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers.

Limitations and notes

  • There is no server: the form does not receive submissions. You must supply your own endpoint (for example the form service you already use) or connect it to your backend.
  • Only http, https and mailto destinations are accepted (https is recommended), and everything you type is escaped so it cannot inject code.
  • It works from the fields you define; it does not interpret descriptions or use artificial intelligence.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the answers go?

To the address you enter as the endpoint. If you leave it empty, the form shows but submits nowhere, and the tool warns you.
