How to use: Batch file processing

  1. Choose up to 20 files (PDFs or images).
  2. Pick the operation (rotate, watermark, page numbers, compress, protect, convert image or resize) and its settings.
  3. Press “Process”, check the status of each file and download the ZIP.

What it accepts and what you get

Input
Up to 20 files and 100 MB in total, all PDFs (PDF operations) or all images (image operations).
Output
A ZIP with the files that worked, each with its original name plus a suffix.
Where your data is processed
Your data is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers.

Limitations and notes

  • Everything happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
  • If a file fails the others carry on and the reason is shown; the ZIP only holds the ones that worked.
  • The originals are not modified.
  • The same operation is applied to all; for several chained steps use “Workflows”.
